General Booking Policies

I am at least 18 years of age or older.

All appointments require at least 24 - 72 hours advance notice, depending on availablity. Same-day and walk-in appointments are not accepted.

All appointments require payment in-full at the time of booking, and this payment is non-refundable.

With the exception of an emergency, I must cancel at least 24 hours prior to my scheduled appointment time.

All Astrology sessions require your date of birth, time of birth, place of birth, and payment upfront. Additionally, at least four days lead-time is required to manually pull data and prepare my presentation.

General Disclaimer for Energy work (Reiki and Spiritual Coaching) Sessions

By booking:  I understand that energy work is a gentle, sometimes hands on, techniques used for stress reduction and relaxation.  I understand that energy work practitioners neither diagnose conditions, prescribe or perform medical treatment, prescribe substances, or interfere with the treatment plan of a licensed medical professional.  I understand that energy work does not take the place of medical care.  It is recommended that I see a licensed physician or licensed health care professional for any physical or psychological ailment I may have.  I understand that energy work may complement, but should not be used as a subsitute for, any medical or psychological care I may be receiving.  I understand that a hands-on or hands-off energy work technique is my personal choice.  I acknowledge that long term energy imbalances in the body sometimes require multiple sessions.  I understand that individual results may vary by client; therefore their effectiveness depends on the client and no guarantee can be made regarding the results of its use.  I understand and agree Raion Zou Holistic Healing, LLC, its owners, and its employees claims no responsibility whatsoever to any person or entity for any liability, loss, or damage caused, or alleged to be caused, both directly and indirectly, as a result of the session I received today.  I also agree to contact my energy work or hypnosis practitioner in the event of any issues that should arise from the session I received today.  I understand that all information shared with Raion Zou Holistic Healing, LLC will be held in the strictest of confidence.  All sessions are fully non-refundable.

Class, Group, and Workshop Policies and Proceedures

I understand that I must be on-time for any class, certification program, group, or workshop I have chosen to attend.  I understand that if I am running late, I will contact Raion Zou Holistic Healing, LLC prior to the start of the class I have chosen to attend to notify them.  I further understand that it is at the discretion of the instructor and not guaranteed to permit entrance should I arrive late.  I understand that Raion Zou Holisitc Healing, LLC has a zero-tolerance policy for threatening, intimidating, bullying, or aggressive behavior, and that Raion Zou Holistic Healing, LLC, its owners, and its affiliates reserves the right to remove any attendee who exhibits such behaviors through means up to and including contacting local law enforcement.  I understand that guns, knives, or any other weapons are not permitted on-site.  I understand that illicit substances are not permitted on-site.  Raion Zou Holistic Healing, LLC, its owners, and its affiliates reserves the right to cancel any class, certification program, group, or workshop at any time and for any reason.   Raion Zou Holisitc Healing, LLC will make reasonable effort to notify attendees of cancellation.  In cases of inclement weather, please check our social media accounts for updates or please call our general line (412) 596-5025 for more information.  All classes are fully non-refundable and non-transferrable. 

General Retail Shop Policies

Raion Zou Holistic Healing, LLC reserves the right to deny service at any time and for any reason, except in the case of protected class status and / or applicable state and federal laws. We maintain a strict no loitering policy and visibly intoxicated patrons or patrons who act in an intimidating or threatening manner will be asked to leave.

Merchandise Holds

Merchandise will not be held.

Merchandise Returns

No refunds, no exchanges, and no replacements on any goods, services, classes, or events.

Shipping and Handling Times

All orders require 48 - 72 hours of processing time, depending on current workload.

If an item is backordered or unavailable, you will be notified and your package will be shipped without the item or with an agreed-upon replacement item. If the item is no longer available, you will be refunded. Please allow up to five days for backorder or unavailable item refunds.

Shipping Methods, Modes, and Costs

Most orders will be shipped USPS. Tracking is provided upon shipment. We do not ship internationally.

Orders of $75 or more are eligible for free shipping. All other orders will be charged a flat rate of $8.95 to cover both shipping and handling.

Raion Zou Holistic Healing, LLC is not responsible for damage caused or alleged to be caused to any order by the carrier. It is your responsibility to file a claim with the carrier.
