Beginner Meditation

Beginner meditation teaches us how to become aware of our inner and outer space. Whether you've never meditated or you are new to meditation, this class is a good fit.

Mindscapes, Heartscapes, Soulscapes© teaches us to to intuitively use the body to deepen our meditative experience. It is a combination of guided visualization, sensation, and hypnotic technique to help us achieve good meditative practice.

According to Mayo Clinic studies, it helps relieve stress, lowers blood pressure, assists with insomnia, and eases anxiety symptoms.

Each class ends with a question and answer session, which allows you to describe and interpret your experience.

Contribution: $5.00 per class or $45 per month. Monthly plan gives you access to all meditation classes, including Meditation and Movement.

First time students and drop-ins are always welcome.
