Open Tai Chi

Tai Chi helps to support balance and equilibrium while assisting in strength training, flexibility, and balance. Studies have shown that it can assist with balance issues, regulate blood pressure, and restore strength and vitality to the body.

Open, introductory Tai Chi / Qigong classes are offered throughout the month. This is a good session to attend, because it helps you build basic Tai Chi foundations. Please call or PM us to ensure instructor availability on the "open class" date you choose.

Private Tai Chi / Qigong classes can be tailored to your schedule and run the gamut of forms. 

The contribution for open classes is $10.00 per class. Private instruction is $60.00 paid-in-advance for the entire month.
